Clam & Scallop Bake

bgebrentbgebrent Posts: 16,468
Grilled Little Necks on the large while cooking up some sea scallops.  Clams were finished with an herbed garlic butter and grilled bread.  Scallops were accompanied by a sriracha mayo with lemon and cilantro.  N wrapped up some asparagus that roasted on the MM.
This worked well.  Happy holidays!

I look at your incredibly delicious looking effort so full of creativity, then look at my banana sandwich (white bread, lots of mayo and bananas sliced round, never lengthwise) and question why I just chose a sandwich tonight.

Another epic banquet.  Great cook and presentation.  No time to play Dr when you have to get creative in the kitchen.  Congrats.

Love me some scallops. Not a big clam fan....prefer the mussels and oysters. Having said that, wish I was bellying up with ya!

  • @DMW Given my experience with dad’s trying to erect tents in the woods upside down...we will most likely be eating hot dogs cooked over pine wood.

I was there for that. I was carrying bags of charcoal from my truck to the pig roaster, but I observed the absurdity in person.

You're the wrong doc.  Our third baseman's dad is the man for erection.
