Took this out of the freezer. Wish I had got more while it was still available. 400* direct. S,P, EVOO, Old Bay, and Szeged Fish Rub. Went well with roasted cauliflower and carrots. A zero point WW meal, Mrs. 500 said. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

    Nice fish!!   Do you find that the Szeged rubs are on the salty side?   I’ve got the steak, chicken and rib rubs and they all seem very salty when using on regular cuts.  Not so bad on larger thicker cuts like chuck roast.   The Hungarian paprika is very good.

    To me, it’s hard to find something too salty. I like salt and I still have low blood pressure. That said, I have over salted things before but I thing the Szeged are salty but not too salty. Next time I get paprika, I’ll look for the Szeged
