Prime Rib for Christmas Eve dinner

Did my first prime rib on the egg for Christms Eve dinner last night. It turned out great and I will definitely be doing one again as everyone loved it. I cooked it at 225° until it hit and I.T. of 120°. I pulled it off and covered it in foil while I let the egg heat up to about 700°. I seared each side for about 1 minute, this gave it a great sear and a good crust. I was really worried about screwing it up but I think I nailed it.

For the rub I used rosemary, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, minced garlc and a light coating of Cowlick. The flavor was great and so was the tenderness.
