Picanha...it's what is for dinner...

Morning All:

It is just me, Kathy & MomT for Christmas Day dinner went a little light...only one piece of picanha...


Sliced up & on the sword...seasoned with a light sprinkling of Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks & a heavy sprinkling of Kosher salt...ready for the Egg...


The potatoes had been on about 40 minutes at this point...dome temp about 400...the sword is on...


I got a phone call from our Tallahassee son as they were just finishing so I forgot to get a finished picture...trust me, it was DELICIOUS!
