I made over the top Chili

I made over the top chili yesterday. I saw this post a while back and wanted to try it out.
I did the meatball @225 for about 4 hours. We liked it and it was fun to make.

That looks so good. I can’t wait to tackle my next batch of hot pepper Texas style chili.
I follow this recipie but I use egg smoked dried peppers from the summer harvest and cold smoke the beef instead of browning in the pan.
