New SMOBOT

I took possession of a SMOBOT last week and did my first cook with it today.  I wanted to cook something easy and inexpensive for the first cook, while I'm learning to use it.  So I settled on a spatchcock chicken.  The truth is, there really isn't much to learn.  It is very intuitive.

Not much special or unique about the chicken prep - it was tasty.



Here re is a graph of the cook . Set it to 270 till IT was 130, then knocked it up to 370 till I pulled it a 165 IT.

it never quite got up to 370, but it was close enough.



As has been noted on this board, great product and great customer service.  I'm happy with this purchase.
