Sharpening a Dexter Russel Knife

This is probably a dumb question - but how do you sharpen a Dexter Russel boning knife sharp?  Or any curved one for that matter.  It's the same one that Aaron uses:  https://www.amazon.com/Dexter-Russell-S131F-6PCP-Boning-Knife-Sani-Safe/dp/B0001MRYDI#Ask

I have an electric sharpener that works great for straight blades, but with the curve I must be messing it up.  Is there a technique you use for sharpening boning knives?

Looking for either a technique or possibly an easier knife to maintain for trimming briskets/butts.

Thanks guys,

I bought a DEXTER Russell (Something or other 2) diamond and ceramic sharpener and it works great plus I also use the accusharp for really dull things the the Dexter Russel sharpener.
