Just wanted to say thank to all who post on this site.  I am new to the Egglife and have been reading all the posts, trying to pick up tips.  So far so good on pizzas, pulled pork, turkey and pig candy.  Ready to learn more from all of you.  Thanks again!!

Welcome, tho' geez, I want your table! A bottle cap opener. Stone, wheels, etc, but a bottle cap opener. Good priorities.

You will have lots of fun w. an Egg. Most things are really pretty simple, 'cept brisket. Or a whole ostrich. Nobody seems to know if they are better spatch'd or roast regular...

Most Egg failures you will find are better than most of what you can buy. So keep at it.

To clarify:  I have been a fan of LEO for years but in the context of Low Earth Orbit.  A state of being where one has consumed enough adult supervisory beverages (aka rocket fuel) to take leave of the issues and hassles of the day and enjoy the ride.   Much less fuel required than a true escape velocity trip which presents major challenges to landing and recovery    FWIW-

God bless you for the career. I've just about completed my 24th year, soon to start 25. How time has changed. The people here are amazing. I've learned so much here. I don't post much at all, only ask questions but I read daily. I'm thankful for finding this site. Be careful out there, the world has changed.
