Sous Vide Baby Backs. “Baby it’s cold outside”

Up here in Canada it’s a bit cold out and I just didn’t want to stand outside in the current snowstorm. These are some nice meaty B.B. ribs from Costco swiming in 165 degree waterfbath day. Came home from work and finished them in the oven with some Sweeet baby Ray’s. For anyone that wonders about doing ribs this way, go for it, they are great!

Oh nice! I'm up by Lake Simcoe. Haven't SV'd ribs before, but definately looks like something I need to try. Great cook.
