Weekend cooks, Maple Pulled Beef and Cuban Pulled Pork

We were nominated to have my family's holiday gathering  this year.  To make it easy on us I did all the smoking this past weekend.  Had a request for Clay's Maple Pulled Beef always a favorite. I received a monster pork butt from a friend and decided to go for a little Cuban flair thanks to @Ross in Ventura thread that recently resurfaced  Both turned out fantastic!
