New 22 inch Blackstone, now what do I cook?

Xmas came a little early this year. Now what do I cook, any fun ideas out there? I am thinking maybe patty melts with bacon. I had some friends over last night and they did understand why I needed this big griddle. They also don't understand why I need three grills. The funny part is they all love when I have them over for dinner.

I've resisted a Blackstone so far, but the 22 inch seems to be the perfect size of big enough to do stuff without taking up a ton of space.Stillwater, MN

Agreed. I bought another one. More space than the 36” too.StillH2OEgger said:I've resisted a Blackstone so far, but the 22 inch seems to be the perfect size of big enough to do stuff without taking up a ton of space. -
