Smoked lamb tagine with vegetables, bulgar wheat, pomegranate seeds

Lamb smoked over apple for a couple of hours then cut up and put into the tagine with tomatoes, aubergine, sweet potato and a bunch of other stuff, cooked low n slow in the Egg. Tasty winter warming meal. Full details here:

Nice looking meal. Is that lamb shoulder? If you haven't tried shanks in the tajine you should.
