Smoked lamb tagine with vegetables, bulgar wheat, pomegranate seeds

Lamb smoked over apple for a couple of hours then cut up and put into the tagine with tomatoes, aubergine, sweet potato and a bunch of other stuff, cooked low n slow in the Egg. Tasty winter warming meal. Full details here:

No cooking pics because it was too damn dark. Plus it was raining, didn't want to knacker SWMBO's camera.

Served with bulgar wheat, pomegranate seeds and coriander

Large BGE and MMX, both with platesetter and cast iron grid. Superpeel for pizza, iDevice for temperature.
Cooking on the large in deepest, darkest England since Oct 2015. MMX added to the family Mar 2016.
