stuffed chicken breasts and mac and cheese

Finally got around to making some smoked mac and cheese.  We made it just like we would in the oven, but smoked it to finish.  Probably could have adapted the recipe more to handle the smoke, but still very good.  For the main course I copied some other posters recipe, but instead of slicing the cheese I shredded it.  Next time I will need to use more ham though because I could barely notice it.  One breast was kickn chicken and the other two were bbq
