Day after Thanksgiving dinner...

Morning All:

We are having our large Thanksgiving Day dinner today as my son's family goes to his in-laws on T-Day...we are having stuffed pork loins though...Pork loins are prepped...after fileting one has DP Pineapple Head then stuffed with pistachio nuts, coconut & dried pineapple...


the other one has DP Mediterranean-ish then stuffed with pesto, slivered almonds & Asiago cheese...


rolled/tied then more rub on the outside.


and...


They will go on one of the large Eggs at about 1:00pm...more later!
