My first turkey

Looking for a lil help smoking a turkey breast on my Lrg BGE. Any helpful pointers would b appreciated!!

Hey, I just did my first ever turkey yesterday and I smoked it on the LBGE.
I drew inspiration from the Malcom Reed video here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbU0texTuug
Here's the final product:
The turkey was super moist and tender. One thing I didn't like was the skin wasn't as crispy as I wanted. I'll dry brine for longer and add some baking powder. The other thing I'll tweak is I didn't care for the smell/taste of the canola oil. I'll use EVOO spray next time.

Grilling turkey is fun.
Find a good 12 hour brine recipe and brine your bird. I found that was an immediate huge improvement in the quality of the turkey I made.
That's my only broad piece of advice on this..
