Mom sent me a text Thursday morning "thru the turkey in the trash" It took the rest of the day to figure out that the turkey was freezer burned. I told her "Don't worry about it". See next post for picture.

15.16 lbs so it was tight fitting it into the medium and one teat still isn't up to temp. DP Mad Max with a mustard based bbq sauce glaze. Cooked indirect.
