It’s been unseasonably warm so the Egg is getting some extra work. Ribs and pizzas below. Don’t ask how the gasket held up :). Up next is turkey. Any temp advice would be greatly appreciated

    Nice looking ribs.  You should see plenty of turkey cooks on the forum this week.  Pick one you like and replicate it or a popular cook is Mad Max Turkey.  Do a search and you'll see plenty of MMT post.

    Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
