Beef ribs on the LBGE

Decided to cook up a few beef ribs tonight for dinner. Cooked them about 7.5 hrs at 275, they were really moist and had good bark! The meat was really rich......brisket on a stick! Before and after pictures below..enjoy.

  • Brb off to the butchers to get me some of those.
    Large BGE and MMX, both with platesetter and cast iron grid. Superpeel for pizza, iDevice for temperature.
    Cooking on the large in deepest, darkest England since Oct 2015. MMX added to the family Mar 2016.
