OT - More Blackstone fun, Shrimp Fajitas

Peppers, onions and mushrooms with shrimp for some delicious fajitas. Since I had a nice bed of oil and seasonings already laid down on the hot griddle, I tossed on some ham and green beans to soak up all that flavor and I'll have that for lunch tomorrow. How is that for multitasking?
