Grilled Eggs

Wondered how these would come out if I tried them on the egg.  Did a bit of internet research and thought I would give it a whirl.

On the Egg- ~350 for 5 min, flip over 5 more.

Dunk into an Ice Bath

Stored them overnight in the fridge and went with this for breakfast

They were basically a soft boiled egg that was hell to peel, no real smoked flavor.  Next time I going to boil some eggs, peel them and put them on the egg at a low temp to smoke them.

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

At the Space City Eggfest in Spring, Tx somebody boiled the eggs, peeled them, smoked them and instead of mayo, they used cream cheese for Deviled Eggs.  Really good.

@xfire_ATX I had a similar experience to yours - underwhelming for sure. If I go to that much trouble with eggs, I like to make Chinese tea eggs.

"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
