Put it in on this morning at went at about 225-250 for 12 hours. Just pulled it a little bit ago, and gonna let it rest for a while.

Sometimes they will run a slight discount but with brisket, don't expect too much. If you want to experience great brisket I will endorse their product. (Edit: Black grade is fine for me although I have had the Gold one time-off the chart goodness).

Sorry guys for the lack of responses. Turned out very tasty! No affiliation either, but certainly recommend it at least to try it once. This one was black grade and was darn good. My second time cooking their brisket, and both were great!
