Pre-Smoked Sausages | How long in the fridge?

I smoked sausages on Sunday (beef w/ cheese center & another pork w/ mushroom). I pulled them at 145 and cold water chiled... Then dropped right in bags to the fridge. 

Question is how many days will the keep in the fridge? Is today (Tuesday) my last day?

Also, what is the best way to reheat them? (Other than the BGE, it's so late here.)
