in Using the Egg
I have been using my egg for about two years now and still LOVE it!! I have noticed however that my food seems to cook much quicker that expected. Does any one else experience that issue and if so how is it remedied? I am using the prescribed temps based on the thermometer in the lid and another on the grate. It is difficult when planning meals and other dishes to cook.
