Ever Make Dressing With Pulled Pork?

I have a bit of a lull at work today so I was thinking about what I was cooking for Thanksgiving.  We have an abundance of pulled pork on hand so I got to thinking about using it in my dressing.  Have you ever done that and if so, was it any good?
