Venison Smash Burgers

The duck hunting was extremely slow today so we had to do something to raise the moral. We made venison smash burgers/patty melts on the Blackstone, it was a last minute idea but they turned out great. I seasoned the burger with Dizzy Pig Game On rub, pepper and fresh garlic.
