first attempt at beef short ribs after a trip to the Depot. 4.5 hours at 225. Told the kids we were eating dinosaur ribs.

    Congrats on the cook.  Brisket on a stick.  Nailed 'em.  I'm sure the talk of the evening (and perhaps tomorrow) with your kids will be dinosaur ribs.  Well played.
