@DoubleEgger And his much better half joined us last night helped put this together. Michael opened up and stuffed the loin. Stuffing was from something N saw on Pinterest. Stuffing had chopped mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, garlic, toasted pine nuts, pesto, lemon zest, goat cheese, rosemary and thyme. After tying it up I glazed it with butter and honey. Cooked it raised direct on the MM. It turned out nicely. Cheers.

Michaels super secret Pecan crack recipe.  Couldn't get it out of him even after the buffalo trace.

Great cook right there.  Pork tenderloin is a sleeper for a banquet.
Regarding the show-off pecans:  next time either deliver the goods (more bourbon) or keep the score to yourself.  ;)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

You my friend have a keen eye.  We did in fact discuss Eagle Rare.  Took me back to college.  When I began to appreciate fine whiskey.

We went on part of the bourbon tour earlier this year.  Buffalo trace was one we visited.  I much preferred the Eagle to the Buffalo.  You like buffalo better?

No, your palate is legit.  Eagle Rare is good stuff.  You'll never hear talk of Wellers...

I don't think so.  I prefer Wathens,Blantons, Breckinridge and the Eagle.

@bgebrent - you've just figure out the right brown water to function as truth serum with @DoubleEgger.  You can only milk your current supply for so long and then...  ;)
