Indoor Grill...Anyone use one?

Does anyone have experience with indoor grills?   Pros/Cons Please.

Never an infra-red one like that, but my parents have had a jenn-air stove w/grill insert for years.  It has a coil under the grill, like an oven element.  Fine for chicken or fish, if you don’t mind the fish smell in the house.  Not hot enough for steaks or fajitas (IR would be better for that).  Hamburgers are horrible, too much grease and grease smell.
