pulled turkey legs w/honey sriracha glaze

ok, that's not the real recipe name, but close enough.

I came across this recipe last week or so and decided to try it.  I didn't use the egg, but could see how a little smoke would be a good add.  In addition to the sriracha, I added one tbl of sambal oelek which gave it decent heat.  I let mine go a bit long and lost some of the sauciness and caramelized some of the onion too much, but it was really good.

Cool recipe if you want to try something different with turkey.  That’s three legs in the pic, a little dark on top, not at all underneath.  I needed to pay attention and baste it more.
