Jamaican Firewalk Wings

So I was in a hurry and didn't have much time to plan on Saturday.  The grocery store had some nice full size chicken wings.  I just took them out of the package and sprinkled DP's Jamaican Firewalk on them and grilled direct on my large egg.  I was shocked at how delicious they were.  I had people over for a basketball game on Sunday and did the same cook again...I was not alone in my opinion....it was a crowd pleaser.  I did some DP Raging River on a few of the wings for the kiddos who wouldn't like the spicy hot wings....they were good....but the Jamaican Firewalk were AWESOME

Next time try mixing the Jamaican firewalk and the pineapple head. Tasty stuff.

It's one of Dizzy Pig's best. I mix a little cornstarch in with the Firewalk and then apply. It helps crisp the skin.

Agree!  4:1 firewalk:argo, in the fridge overnight.  They cook up on the egg like they were in a fryolator.

I used an unopened container of Jamaican Firewalk that expired in 2015 lol.  It was freaking delicious on the chicken wings.  I'll have to try that PineappleHead.  I've always been a fan of the Dizzy Pig and use the Raging River on salmon regularly.

The Pineapple Head doesn't handle high heat very well so keep that in mind.

Oh yeah don't go full nuclear with it. It's got a pretty high sugar content. I usually do it when I've got wings in a basket on the Joetisserie or doing a whole bird like that.
