Anova container

Just a FYI a 2" hole saw works perfect if you want to modify a container for the Anova. Used an old igloo cooler I had in my attic and the cup holders were the perfect size.

Put a couple skirt steaks in and a couple pork tenderloins at 131 then pulled the skirt steaks for a little to run the tenderloins at 145 for an hour. About to pull them and sear them off on the weber for pork tacos and throw the skirts back in at 131 till the Falcons game tomorrow.
