Stress pizza
Had a medical scare with my 19 year old son yesterday. He is fine but we weren’t sure for a while. Anyway, I cook to relax so here is today’s pizza. First a homemade crust with EVOO. Then enough garlic that vampires have issued a travel ban to Texas. Topped with mushrooms, black olives, onions, goat cheese, shredded mozzarella, fresh marinated mozzarella, fresh basil, and sun dried tomatoes. 450 for 10 min seems about perfect. All is good in the world again.

Nice pizza, but please don't get stressed again about the garlic. There is absolutely no level of garlic that is "too much" on most food products, including pizza.
