baking bread in a Schlemmertopf clay baker

Been wanting a cloche for a while and found this at a yard sale for $12 (also found a 6.5" Wagner CI skillet for $8).  I use the Artisan Bread in 5 recipe and made two no knead boules.  Preheated the oven to 450 with clay pot inside then used parchment paper as a sling to drop it into the pot.  25 minutes covered, 15 uncovered and viola!  Beautiful crust - crisp but not crunchy hard and the crumb is perfect for jelly, honey, butter...  It's a keeper!
