Forgot the action shots but got a nice plated pic. Used some thick cut bacon I cured and smoked last week using Meathead's Maple Bacon recipe. I think it's the best bacon I've ever had! All cooked on the Blackstone. Toasted the sourdough bread in bacon and butter! Spread some Dukes on and we were good to go! Wife said it spoke to her soul! I love me a good southern woman!
