My first attempt! Wife bought a small (4#) butt and I'm going to use the rotisserie. At 250, how long should I expect it to take. What final temp?

7 hour cook. Really good!

Looks good!! What was you final internal temp?
I will be doing this soon with my Joetisserie -
Cook temp 250-275, until internal reaches 200. Take off the spit, wrap in aluminum foil and then in a towel and put in a cooler for 30-60 minutes. Bone pushed right out.

I don't have a rotisserie, but this might interest those that have one in their arsenal.

No, the spit has 2 four prong attachments that impaled it quite well!
Had it again for dinner last night. Didn't pull it, sliced it!
