Morning All:
Nothing fancy, but oh so good...piece of picanha on the sword & ready for the Egg...
The potato had been on for a while (it was a large potato so tried splitting in half to cook, it wasn't bad, just different, but probably won't do that again)...and the steak ready to come off...
Added a bottle of Merlot & enjoyed my birthday dinner a day late.
Nothing fancy, but oh so good...piece of picanha on the sword & ready for the Egg...

Happy Birthday, Jay! LOL, I don't even know what picanha is, but it looks good!
Instead of buying individual russet potatoes for baking (which are usually HUGE), I have been buying bags of them lately because most of those are pretty small. They take about the same time as chicken parts or chops etc. An easy side and no timing issues.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
