Had these on the list to make for a while now...hopefully the finished product is just as good.  I love the flavor profile of the sauce & I think I’ll try on a pork butt too.

Bourbon Baked Beans to go with the ribs tomorrow.  I think the flavors really stand out better the next day so I try to make them the night before.  I mixed in some leftover pulled pork I had in the freezer.

No problem...I’ll share, just give me a bit to locate links.   Just put the ribs on the Egg.  I’m doing 2 different styles...the Chipotle Chocolate ones don’t require turning or basting so they’re on the lower grid.  I normally just put rub on the ribs & cook em, but I saw a recipe where they mix mustard, Worcestershire & Apple Cider Vinegar as a moisturizer so I marinadeovernight & then seasoned with Killer Hogs BBQ Rub & Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom.  I’ll spritz after about 2 hours with bourbon, water & Apple Cider Vinegar & sauce at the end.

@Theophan Here are the recipes.  I'm following the Chipotle Chocolate Rib recipe exactly.  The Reliable Pork Spareribs I'm only using the Mustard Moisturizer portion.  I am spritzing as described in my previous post.  The Bourbon Baked Beans is one I make regularly and don't really follow a recipe, but it's a pretty basic baked bean recipe.  I'll post what I did this time.

1 28oz Can Van Camp's Pork and Beans Drained
    1/2 large white onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1/2 Serrano Pepper
    1/2 Jalapaeno Pepper
I had some Cilantro from the chipotle ribs recipe so I added about 1/4 cup
    1/2 cup Catsup
    1/4 cup yellow mustard
    1 T Worchestchire
    1 T Soy Sauce
4 good dashes of Angostura Bitters
    1/4 cup Bourbon
    2 T Brown Sugar
2 T Molasses or Dark Syrup

I cooked about 6 Strips of bacon well enough to render some of the fat and then topped the bean mixture and baked at 350 for about 2 hours.   I also added some pulled pork I had leftover in the freezer.

Overall dinner was good.  Made Yukon Suzy’s Roasted corn & it was a hit.  Orin Swift 2007 Mercury Head Cab went well with everything.
