    Dang- how did the forum (me at least) miss Canadian Thanksgiving??  Sorry about that as it usually brings out some great cooks.

    It's just dirty and smokey, not a new BGE have been grilling on it for a while now.

    Looks beautiful.....not a proponent of adding smoke on my Prime Ribs....would love to sit down to that one though.
