Nathan Myhrvold's five volume, 2600+ page, $550+ book "Modernist Bread" will finally be released in a month but the Modernist crowd has started a new podcast called "Modernist BreadCrumbs" that some may be interested in hearing. Not sure how many episodes they have planned and if this will be an ongoing thing after the book is released.

The first episode came out yesterday and is titled "Pre-Ferment" -  http://heritageradionetwork.org/podcast/pre-ferment/
