Bacon wrapped meatloaf

Decided to try something new on the egg today. Had 1.5 lbs of 80/20 ground chuck, 1/2 a lb of ground sausage, egg, sleeve of ritz, dashes of Worcestershire and hot sauce, diced sweet onion and a Jalepeno. Did my first bacon weave and seasoned with a bourbon brown sugar rub from Weber grill mates.

Got the egg to around 325 for about an hour and a half, then glazed with apricot/pineapple jelly, Heinz chili sauce and brown sugar mix. Served with baked potatoes, jalepeno cornbread and salad.

And that little guy with the loaf was a Rogue armadillo egg.

Turned out great. Thanks for looking!
