    did you ever try raised and direct?
    Im thinking of picking up a lamb shoulder and giving it a try this saturday was looking for recipes and ideas on here and think ill give the raised and direct a whirl any suggestions?

    I never did try raised direct. At least not yet. If you try it, be sure to let us know how it goes.
