Cooking at yet another eggfest. This will be there first one at this location. I really love cooking at these events. I have met some great people. It is so humbling to be around people that are awesome cooks and just show you all the can. I have learned more this year cooking in eggfest than the first four years fumbling around on my own. The forum is great but IMO it can't even come close to what you get out of an eggfest. Egg people just Rock.
