First Ribeyes

Tonight was my first go at ribeyes. Made asparagus, mushrooms, and maters in the iron skillet, loaded with butter while my coals got hot.

    Well played! I swear of all my steak meals and honestly we have many favorite meals using beef - both simple ones and complex ones, our favorite a ribeye and you nailed that!
