Beef Kabobs

Grilled some marinated Beef Kabobs from my local butcher Sages Meats last night.
375 - 400 dome turned each side every two minutes. While the Kabobs were resting I grilled some asparagus brushed with olive oil and DP Peking rub.

Very nice.....Love me some kabobs. I like to get me a tenderloin from one of the discount houses (Costco) and cut some nice filet's.....and the trimmings and tail make great kabobs. Add to that the summer veggies....it is hard to beat.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
