Beef Kabobs

Grilled some marinated Beef Kabobs from my local butcher Sages Meats last night.
375 - 400 dome turned each side every two minutes. While the Kabobs were resting I grilled some asparagus brushed with olive oil and DP Peking rub.

Very nice.....Love me some kabobs. I like to get me a tenderloin from one of the discount houses (Costco) and cut some nice filet's.....and the trimmings and tail make great kabobs. Add to that the summer veggies....it is hard to beat.
