Great way to start college football! Poppers weren't done on the Egg. Is that allowed?
Did wings @ 350 degrees indirect for about 1 hour. Then dunked in Franks Red Hot and butter.

Nice. Doing the wings for fam in a couple hours. Dried 'em out for 30 hours and will toss in a Franks/Butter combo too. I add a dash of apple cider vinegar, some cracked pepper and a light dose of Oakridge Habanero Death Dust for the after burn them simmer the mixture for a few minutes before tossing. Not to hot actually but you get that after glow.New Albany, Ohio
