Amazing friend turning 40

Hello Eggers,

A very close friend is turning 40 tomorrow. I am doing it up right. 2 racks of baby back ribs. After those are done I am doing kabobs. Chicken and steak. I bought a few pounds of New York strip and a few ponds of sirloin. Also 3 pounds of chicken. I also got a variety of veggies as well. Planning on doing the veggies separate from meat. Just looking for some general thoughts and advice on the kabobs. First go with the kabobs on egg.

I will Post pics tomorrow during the cook.

Very nice of you! With all the food you have described I wonder how many people you will be serving plus over how long of a period. Sounds like you will be busy so hopefully you will have some help!

Feeding about 12 people. I will have some help. They are excited to see egg in action. Maybe I'll make some new eggers.

You already have the main thing with keeping veggies separate. Organize them together on skewers, grill them off, then do the meat. I usually marinate with an Asian-style mix of soy, lots of garlic, veg. Oil and pepper.
