I bought my last couple RO bags at HD. They had the "made in USA" markings and were good quality with little dust and mostly large and medium pieces. Before that I had used a few RO bags from WM. Bags looked the same but no "made in USA" emblem. Lots of charcoal powder and small pieces, as well as a few rocks, chunks of clay and a metal strap. While it may just have been a couple of random bad bags I suspect the different markings on the bags may be from different suppliers and that may be the quality difference.

I picked up a couple bags of Royal Oak at Home Depot today. 8 display bags were all made in the USA. Everything on the pallet was not marked Made in the USA. I got the ones on display. Appears to be good.

Checked one of my bags recently purchased from HD, no USA markings but I didn't notice a difference in the lump (all good). Went by HD yesterday and it looked like all the bags were USA marked.
