Wonton Soup - Using Leftovers.

I had some leftover peach bourbon pork tenderloin from yesterday. 

So I minced it, added some ginger and soy sauce, a little cabbage and tossed in a wonton wrapper. 

Fried up some extra wrappers as well. 

The smoke was a hair much on the pork but all in all the peach and Asian flavors went together very well.
