Steak and Corn - 1K Celebration

No I didn't walk 1K, this is in celebration of my 1000th post!!  

Started off on the Mini Max some onions and peppers.  



Steak put on with my home made rub.  Steak for 2 and 1 leftover for salad, if it makes it that far.



Once the onions and peppers where done, I put on some of Meathead's 'The Ultimate Grilled Corn on the Cob'  which is corn on the grill and brush with butter and tarragon.  Made this  a few times and it's great.

Fresh corn, picked in the morning so it cooked very fast.  At this point I realized that I need a 3rd Egg.





Steaks are Ready



lets get it on the plate!
