@EggNorth my wife will only eat filet when we make steak.  So I save my ribeye or NY Strip nights for when she goes out.

In general, I haven't eaten steak at a restaurant since I discovered reverse sear at home. So I try to enjoy the opportunities to eat something she has no interest in.

Fine lookin' steak! As for your wife, umm, cook two steaks. =)

I'm just happy that I have FINALLY been able to cook some decent steaks lately. Not sure what I'm doing different, but these days, even ribeyes are pretty tasty!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
